Ripoff, SCAM, Never Issued REFUND when packaged was returned in full

Financial Resources Unlimited is a complete SCAM and rip-off. I ordered the product for $160 on 7/21/03, and realized when I received the package this was a SCAM.

I returned the package two days later, with signature proof that they received the box, and still have not received a refund which was due per their guarantee.
