This pharmacy likes to take advantage of patients on medicaid, disabled, and pregnant.
The manager refuses to update records, especially when co-pays are not longer required or collected.By insurer. This particular incident occured on October 13th in the evening.
On that evening the pharmacist refused to update insurance information, lied to us about what "proof" we needed to provide, etc. We were forced to hand over an no longer necessary co pay, despite our attempts to prove we did not owe it. The pharmacy refuses to listen.
Similar incidents have occurred concerning unauthorized excessive debits, overdraft fees resulting in such actions, etc.
Around July 15th My spouse got debited over $100.00 for medicine they claimed was not insured, but was, and caused her bank account to overdraft. Her payee had to demand that they credit her plus overdraft fees for their error.
