NuMed Spa Stole My Money and Gave Me NOTHING!

I went to Axiology to have some Botox around my eyes before I was leaving for a vacation. I paid them $1,200 and scheduled my appointment. They called me and told me they didn't have any product available and wouldn't have any until after I returned from my vacation.

When I returned, I called them to reschedule and THEY WERE OUT OF BUSINESS! Their phone numbers have been disconnected and there a ton of complaints about them online.

I am trying to file a dispute through my credit card company but they need a copy of my contract which I have misplaced. I am trying to find someone who still has their contract that can give me a copy (with all information blocked out of course).

I can't believe I have lost this money to them. They never gave me any service or product and now they have my money. Is anyone filing a lawsuit against them. If so, I'm in!
