I am writing in regards to how disappointing I have been with Axiology Aesthetics. I am seeking my refund of $5,200.00. I was scheduled August 10 at 8:00am at the Schaumburg location and went to the scheduled appointment and it was CLOSED. I thought to myself how could it be closed if I had an appointment scheduled? I never received the phone call and the clinic was closed. I called both Lincoln Park and Schaumburg locations and noone answered. I left numerous messages as well. How is it possible to provide surgical procedures and not have anyone communicating with the patients? I do not understand how my appointment was "made" and "assured" yet canceled but did not receive a phone call. I have called the call center numerous times and spoke to a young lady last on Friday, August 19 and she stated the VP of the company would contact me. It is August 23 and they have failed to contact me. I started calling and leaving messages since Wednesday, August 10 and everyday since then. I also went to the Lincoln Park campus and they assured me you would contact me. My contact information is listed below. I have a timeline of all events dealing with Axiology Aesthetics. All I am asking for is for my money to be returned. I tried calling today Monday, August 22 and the phones are NO longer in service. This is a scam, how would a surgical company all of a sudden not have a phone number? Please contact me immediately. Thanks!
