Don't buy from them

I requested a curling iron from their store via Amazon. I requested a particular manufacturer/dimension and soon after I requested it-they approached me by telephone and stated that they no further transported the metal and stated they'd deliver me a "better" metal in the same price. After I obtained the metal I determined the standard wasn't nearly as good after which discovered the metal they delivered was on the site to get a reduced cost than I settled. I delivered the metal and had the email verification that it had been shipped back. However they declined to return me simply because they could not discover the container and even though I'd the verification in the postoffice they stated that it just suggested the town (not handle). Amazon wouldn't intervene that was also extremely frustrating. I thought these were carrying out a baitandswitch and that I want I'd have simply stated no towards the alternative they provided. Don't purchase from their store!
