I ordered proactive solutions for my son for acne. This was a subscription service associated with the order. I cancelled the subscription service within the 30 days period and was still sent a shipment, that never arrived. I was charged after canceling the service twice. I incurred overdraft fees on my account. If using this service, do not use a major credit card or debit card. Get a credit card from a convenience store to avoid the hassles I went through, not to mention overdraft fees.
