Company closed and we're still having to pay for it

We were talked into joining this be more up to date on our health they made us feel this was the best way to be preventive especially since we both have severe health conditions in our families.
GE Money financed the $4999 and they refuse to let us off the hook for that amount even tho Heart Check America is no longer in business. We have been paying for over a year on this. Know we don't know what to do.
