Cancer Check Amerca Failure to provide contractual services/deceptive marketing tactics/performing medical procedures without direct medical supervision

Last year, my wife and I enrolled in a 10 year annual Total Body CT screening program for $4595 with $299 annual service fees with Heart Check America and financed through Chase Advance Health Plans. We just learned that this company owned by Sheila Haddad and son David have closed operations and disco phones at all locations due to investiagations in IL, SC, NV, CO and now CA. We have filed a complaint with the CA A/G's office and have contacted our local bar association for an attorney. Thus far, we have not established a list of other victims and would appreciate updates/findings.
