Going on 3 Months without a credit for returned Food

Hello, I had been on the nutrisystem diet before and the food isn't that great, but it did work. I needed to lose more weight so I went back on it at a later time. I couldn't really tolerate the food anymore, so I sent it back - full order. That was on June 23rd. I have called a couple of times with the information on the UPS mail form. They said that they had no record of that conversation (inAugust) with a rep named Bashir. Then a woman named Danielle assured me that she would see to it that the credit was put through on my charge card. I spoke to her at the beginning of the week, she said it would go through in 24 -48 hours. It has not. I'm tired of calling them, being on hold for long periods of time, and having to listen to "tons" of propaganda advertisements. It takes roughly 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour each time you call.
