Did not deliver product

Two requested a set of glasses, got no email notifiying me of these being delivered after greater than a week.

I went and examined site also it stated these were completed. I subsequently examined the USPS webiste also it stated they'd been shipped with "shipping verification" (notice - no trademark or evidence of shipping required).

While I approached Zenni, they explained possibly I Would need to get letterhead fromthe postoffice stating they didnt provide it (when their site claims they did). Best of luck with that - the P.O. Don't even answer the telephone or react to my criticism whatsoever.

After I told Zenni this-they essentially charged me of trying to defraud them (for around $70!).

Never rely on them. My friend had a poor experience with their customer support. Beyond unresponsive, they take your money and are simply insulting.
