Unperfessional, ripoff

I Had to phone them many times and go there 2 times in order to get my perscription information that they perposly ommitted, when I called the last time they hung up on me 2 times so I had to go there and they finaly gave me the paper work that I had been asking for.

They charged me almost two hundred dollers and chared my insurance company almost four and that was with my other discount through supplimental insurance.

They don't have there eye glass prices any were visable and expect you to "pick out a pair after having your eyes dialated, and Mrs richardson was snotty, and un-perfessional when trying to deal with me over paying which I know that I did.insurance company even said that I should have recieved something back from them, but never did.
