Joe Olson Buyer Beware! Bad Supplements for Outrageous Prices

After making a single purchase of Vitamin C through their site, it became clear that this company is a bunch of scammers. After going through a hectic process of being charged twice for a single purchase, contacting customer care, who not only took forever to contact me about my claim, also could not find the order in which I placed. Then, after finally receiving my products after several weeks... It turned out to be the wrong order! The supplement bottles had no safety seal on them, no paperwork, and not even the correct amount of pills inside.

After many attempts to contact them via email, I called customer service and was put on hold for what seemed like 15 minutes, got a person who gave me the run-around about sending it back minus shipping, and after not being able to answer my questions, put me on hold for another 15 minutes to ask their supervisor. They returned saying that they had no record of my order and that I would have to fill out some form. It was so sketchy.

The pills stank, some were broken, and it just seemed like a slap-on job... I will never buy from this company again!
