Problems with the processing of claims

3 times this past year soon after we had attained the outofpocket maximum needed by our strategy, United Health started running our statements as though the restriction hadn't been fulfilled. It got several hours in order to solve this issue. Meanwhile the physicians who'd supplied the providers started payment people for the things they believed was our part of the costs. It's difficult to realize why the running program doesn't display whenever a person has already reached their outofpocket control when statements are now being prepared. Actually initiatives through my organization arbitrator didn't solve the problem simply because they required the clear answer supplied by United Health.
