Horrible, Negligent, Dangerous to patients

My husband and I have custody of our 18 year old grandson. He has been hospitalized 3 times in the past 12 months with bipolar disorder with psychotic episodes. The last time he was hospitalized, on release, the psychiatrist referred him to The Bridges Center for outpatient care. Things went extremely well for about 5 months, but in the last 3 months the care has been terrible!!! We go for an appointment and are told that the doctor won't be in that day.

This has happened 2 times. There is no doctor on call for emergencies. Our grandson started into an episode and we made a frantic call to the Center only to be told there was no one available to help us and that the doctor would be gone for 2 weeks on vacation. This place is a DISGRACE! Luckily, we were able to reach our grandson's previous doctor who will see him immediately. We would have been in very serious trouble had we no been able to get him in with her.
