Last nite at apprx 8:30-9:00 pm. I went into your location on Queen St, between Bathurst and Portland. I frequent that location regularly. Last nite there was only one person on cash, while there was about 11 people waiting in line;while at the same time, some customer purchasing a bunch of lottery tickets. The woman on cash called for backup, however, the other woman said "she wasn't taking anyone." Not to mention they are very rude in there.

This is the second time I have complained about that store and yet, you people do nothing. When are you people going to wake up, or is it that you people are so arrogant and don't care. You people are simply pathetic, when you have complete disregard for your customers. I will now be taking an article out, discouraging people from shopping at Shoppers. Furthermore, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. You have just lost a customer. If you have any decency, you will respond, however, since you people are rude and arrogant, I will not hold my breath. Thanks for nothing.
