Merrick, Faulse charges on my credit card from TLG SHOPPERS THAT I NEVER APPROVED

Merrick bank has been charching me 11.99 FOR TLG SHOPPERS per month but I have no idea for how long since I can not look it up on my statement online nor do I know who TLG SHOPPERS IS, I called them this morning and a very rude guy told me that I needed to call TLG SHOPPERS, I've never spokern with these people/company so I do not know whom they are! I'm very tired og getting rip of by credit cards companies! What should I do?
