DON"'T purchase the Joy Mangano eyelglasses since should you anticipate the bows (ear-pieces) to fall-off. I bought three models and everytime I placed on some the bend drops down. I named HSN—they let you know to contact Innovative Models who provide you with the run-around. Lastly after several calls I had been guaranteed that substitutes might come. They still have not and contains been more than 2 weeks. I named HSN who guaranteed to assist if Innovative Models did not look after the problem. I named HSN yesterday and was informed they'dnot support. EXACTLY WHY IS HSN MARKETING ITEMS THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND? I believed both businesses were trustworthy, but I've discovered they're out to market not look after their clients!!!
