Ballys Fitnessvick Tannys (ballys Fitness) riped me and my family off

Ack in 1990-91 when i was 18 i got cond by a sales person into getting a life time lifetime membership he told me it would change my life and told me i would be getting a personal trainer to help me out with my work outs so i signed for a lifetime membership.

I went back the next day to work out with my trainer and they told me it would cost extra so i was upset and told them to cancel my lifetime membership, they gave me a # to call so i waent home and cancelled. 7-8 years later a woman comes to my door telling me ballys is sueing me. I called ballys and they wanted $900.00 right then and there or they where going to take me to court.

I didn't have $900.00 to give them so we went to court. The judge ordered me to make payment and i did untill my husband fell out of a tree huntting and couldn't work for a year and i had a newborn babby with 3 other kids to take care of and also coulnt work so i had to go back to court this time paying court cost attorney fees and interrest on the ballys account so now i was way past $1200.00 to $1500.00 that i still didn't have the money to pay.

I was trying to make a $1300.00 house payment keep are utilitys from being turned off and buying food for a house hold or 6 people but i still gave them money when i could. They didn't care about what was going on in my life they just wanted there money. I started getting bounce check letters in the mail so i called my bank to find out what was going on they told me it was court ordered that ballys take $400.00 to $500.00 out of my account i had no clue it was going to happen a few more times.

I'm still trying to get ahead of everything because of them and now that my LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP is PAYED OFF they told me that i can't use it. I am very upset because my family sufford and still is and i can't even use my lifetime membership they should give me my money back if i cant have what i payed for.
