Ordered the free sample and told them at the time that this is the only one I wish to receive. Last week I was sent another one. I called and they said, write return to sender and mail it back for a credit. Post Office returned the box to me because it is an tab close box and they have to have postage to return it. Called again and talked to a rep that was total untrained. Called today a spoke to a supervisor that was rude and unreasonable. I guess I will have to pay the postage on it, but will such an unreasonable company acknowledge the return. Even with confirmation they could just deny it and keep billing me. I have read some of the other complaint about the company and they sound impossible to deal with.
