Fraud abuse

Hi,

I record thanks to a website in Hydroxatone for about 5$ they took on my account during three months 50 (I am french).

I cancell my account bank, in consequence they send a delivery and order me to pay. It seems I did not respect the 30 days trial perdiod.

What do I do? I've never recorded anything! Can I write to better business bureau?

Hydroxatone never reply since march -I wrote them to stop this bad business-and suddenly send e mail this week (I complained again) and replied me to wait few days for an anwser...

What is the best solution not to be worried about it? How do I do with this delivery they order me to pay?
