Advertisement in newspaper & phone calls - did not explain to me what it covers!

I saw an advertisment in the newspaper, so I decided to call in. I was told on the phone that only one time initially that it would be just $99.92 & the following months were going to be about $59.00 a month. They kept charging my credit card for $99.82 on 07/06,08/06,09/08,10/08,11/08, & 12/08. Then on 01/07, they took out $104.92 from my credit card (was not notified of the increase). I've tried calling them but I couldn't get in touch with them. I filed SIX different claims: 4 claims on 12/08 (amts: $6.00, $50.00, $6.00, & $119.00). 2 claims on 01/11 (amts: $2,437.49 & $1,249.99. All of my claims were mailed to: P.O. Box 224767 Dallas, TX 75222-4767 (No mail was ever returned back to me). I also have numerously called 1-800-275-1171 to update what was going on. If I don't hear from you, I will go to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you!
