After canceling my member ship many months ago, they continued to deduct monthly charges from my account. I have called many times and complained. Each time they assured me that it would be corrected

Message Envy of North palm Beach has continued to deduct monthly charges without authorization after canceling my account with them. They do not return phone calls and they tell me every time I call that the owner is away. They promise that the owner will call me and correct the problem when they return and this has been going on for months. I just reported the fraud to my bank. Finally they stopped debiting my account for a few months and this week, they started doing it again. Once again i called and was told the owner was away. This company commits fraud and i worn anyone thinking about signing up with them not to do so, unless they want to lose hundreds of dollars.
