Requested 4 bottles of Fendi Fragrance. Acquired Coco Chanel. Approached them instantly, they stated email it back to get complete reimbursement as well as the price of shipping it back. I've sent them three times to tell them it'd been delivered and also to follow-up to determine when they obtained it however without any reaction. Any ideas could be very useful.
