Linked with a "free shipping club" via their ads but the statement on invoice indicates that ActiveForever provides free shipping: misleading advertising

Like many Internet retailers, ActiveForever has links to "free shipping clubs" which have monthly fees. When I complained about this practice to the customer service representative: Sharon Davis, she acknowledged no corporate responsibility for this ad appearing in their checkout procedure. What is most misleading is that the follwing appears on the invoice: "NOTICE: This order qualifies for a free shipping rebate. Click to claim."
If the company doesn't provide this then why does this typed message appear on its invoice? It should not. Ms. Davis' reply was that all Internet providers had ads on their websites, etc. She lacked the intellectual capacity to understand that the line of text: "Notice..." was misleading and in effect, constitutes false advertising.
She then promised me to provide me with a code so that my next purchase would be shipped free. I had to call her at the 800 number after she sent me emails with no such code. I had to hound the woman, to put it briefly.
I urge all consumers to complain about this practice to their Internet retailers.
