Charged s/h have not received product/cancelled order w/o permission sent email for order never shipment email

These people are pathetic. They lie for sure. I had to cancel one order due to not putting the discount on, and then reordered immediately. Evident ally they are confused about this process. I called to verify it had been sent. They didnt cause i have not received it after 9 days. I get an email saying something is shipped and call they say it was a mistake nothing was shipped, yesterday. I go on to ask was anything ever shipped yes they replied gave me 2 tracking numbers and usps had no such record of the numbers he gave to me. They got me for 1.99 and 1.95 for the s/h costs. I canceled my card immediately so i will not incur any other charges. Hopefully any way...
