Horrible Staff

It started 5-5-11 when i walked in to make my appt. The receptionist wouldnt look at me while i was making my appt. I thought it was rude but figured its just the end of the day and she was in a hurry then the following day i was waiting for my childs name to be called for his first eye exam. I had two of his younger brothers with me and my two year old was crying when a staff member rudely approched me and told me that the receptionist could not hear her phone conversation. I told her i was trying to calm him down and asked what she would like me to do. She got an attitude and said im just telling you i replied back with, what would you like me to do hes a two year old and hes crying she snapped backed with "IM JUST TELLING YOU." It was loud the minute i had arrived there were other customers with there children and babies waiting for services kids were taking glasses off the walls another mother yelling at her kid and no one said any thing to the other parents.

I called my husband and was upset and one of the doctors heard me tell my husband what had happened and he just looked at me and walked away. I got up and was heading out i asked the receptionist for the womens name and the women turned around very confrontaional and told me her first name i asked for her last name so i could file a complaint to and about the right person. I told her she was very rude and she cut me off as i was speaking and told me to leave. I told her she should not be working with kids if she cant handle some noise. She said she does not work with kids and i stated then what are you doing here? She told me next time maybe i shouldn't bring my kids to an appt! My appt was for my son! What gives her the right to say that to anyone! At that time i told her off and she walked me to the door and told me to have a nice day in cocky attitude.

I will never go back to this place and i have many family and friends who go there and they were disgusted by there actions and its not the first time they have upset customers. It does not matter what the customer says or does you have to behave professional and this nation wide vision clearly was not professional.
