I paid $100 dollars up front cancelled and was told they could not refund my money

I filled out their paper work packet they wanted 100 dollars up front i paid them, then i found out it wouldnt benefit me to go with their plan.

So i cancelled my membership, however after they took my money i never recieved any medication so i cancelled. Now they refuse to refund my money, to me they stole 100 dollars from my pocket, i plan on taking them to small claims court, and talk with my local district attorney about this.
