Medical Associates of Marlboro
Did not call in prescription

My husband prescription was supposed to be called in on 2/07. It was never called in until today after I had to get on them because he did not receive his medication. When I called the office Kelly a worker there told me I should have called the insurance company. Bottom line is that they were very incompetent and did not do there job, the office saw no problem in Kelley's customer service skills and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and Kelly told me no-one in the office wanted to speak to me. I proceeded to drive over to the office to find out if the prescription was called in. They said it was called in 5 minutes ago. I need to find out what action I can take?
