Why am I punished for their 4 year old mistake

I attempted to state back to get a physician's statement simply to be shortchanged by almost R400. It was simply because they created a payment error in presumably paid me rather than the physician, and today the remaining of this statement was taken from my present state. You'd genuinely believe that in 4 years I really could have now been educated about this. Moreover, the claim that I'd been repaid (via email) and also the real cost didn't match. I had been not informed about that at-all also it was jumped upon me 4YEARS LATER. An apology isn't adequate. I've never been vastly pleased by Breakthrough which cements it. If feasible, I do want to alter medical supports. Shame my organization won't spend their part for another medical, but at this time I'm so furious I really could not care. I'll look for a medical help that's really qualified. What is the purpose of the film card and food advantages whenever your MEDICAL HELP can't give your MEDICAL COSTS!
