No help granted on medical aid claim query

I visited Med24 Montana on 7 December after I fractured my arm. The medical help didn't spend the consideration whilst the ICD10 code Med24 posted suggested my arm was sprained, and never broken. Because of my advantages being exhausted, the medical help declined the state and that I settled it myself. It consequently found my interest that my condition was a PMB situation, and therefore must have been compensated from the medical help. After I called the Med24 Montana accounts division to obtain them to review the consideration to evaluate if they purchased the right ICD10 codes, they firstly charged me of attempting to make fraud - despite I told them I'd provide the X Rays again towards the physician as assistance of my arm being broken. They explained I'd again have to spend an appointment charge for visiting the physician to gauge the X Rays - to get a mistake they created! They explained the medical help declined my state since my advantages were exhausted, which even when they resubmit the state the plan would not spend - that will be false whilst the plan is needed to spend PMB statements. They explained that it had been too late to publish the claim, false since I've 4 weeks to publish a claim.
