Defective lenses

Bought new spectacles, the lenses after cleansing using the supplied attention cloth became confused as though gas or anything in it, more I washed the more they appeared as if one thing had smeared, the layer,??? I had been informed that it had been my problem for utilizing the supplied fabric, obviously I'd to cover the brand new contacts— Not my fault.
