I also bought move contacts and began to observe "streaks" and believed it had been only dust. I cleaned and washed. It had been only a little bit at the very top of 1 contact. Enough time passed. The initial aspect never got significantly worse however another aspect began and advanced quickly. I stated that it appeared as if the contacts were separating and informed that "it simply never occurs." I'd today had them about 24 months but had used them seldom (I mainly use contacts). Lastly it became apparent they truly were separating and that I can hardly notice from them. I noticed from another eye-doctor that others had had the same happen. I returned to Lenscrafters. They looked over the purchase day and stated that the order have been faulty but I'd waited too much time. Our hard luck. At about $400, I'd anticipated to obtain more need replacing of these. Our criticism was when Lenscrafters understood the order was faulty, they ought to have approached every individual who had bought these spectacles, informed them of the deficiency and agreed to repair them at no cost. I will also never return to that company. If faulty vehicles along with other items get remembered, why cannot spectacles do exactly the same?
