Sent wrong item, kept shipping fee, poor customer service

Bought 4 bottles of Black Cashmere. Received 4 bottles of Cashmere Mist. Approached FragranceX by mail, after which by telephone. Was informed from the CSR the delivery charge could be repaid in my experience simply because they had created the mistake (as previously mentioned on the site). Was informed they did not matter return brands to Europe, which I'd be repaid for my expenses to come back the wrong products back again to them. I'd to telephone them to obtain a reimbursement for 4 containers, they initially just repaid me for 5. They held back $5.95 due to their delivery charges. I had been hung-up on by their CSR. I called back many times and lastly talked to a different CSR. Mentioned my compensation, have delivered them copies of my shipping charges. It was on Friday, however waiting to listen to back from their website. They do not really appear to notice that this entire issue comes from the truth that they didn't deliver me what I'd requested! Just like many more, I formerly had one effective purchase from their website.
