Refuse to cancel my monthly orde

They WOn't stop my regular purchase. I've linked twice they claim they cannot stop by telephone. They claim I've to complete an application. They didn't email me the so-called "type."

Today they say they'll snail-mail me a from to complete to stop. Why cannot it's completed by telephone? I'll be calling the BBB and also the attorney-general.

I talked to customer support twice. My estimation, they wish you simply quit. I highly recommend against performing up to get a automated vessel plan. Additionally personally I think the merchandise is way over-priced.
