Purchased Atlas Insurance item out of this organization in march for my mom. Required her to gastroentrologist for analysis and therapy of soft diahorrea in conclusion of march. She encountered endoscopy and colonoscopy for diagonsis. Physician's workplace and clinic amenities submitted state straight to HCCMIS. Since that time statements are imminent using the organization on pretext that files aren't obtained from physician's office. First hccmis stated files not received from primary care doctor. Once I acquired that fixed by speaking with main care doctor but still statements aren't resolved for 3 months, I named hccmis again. This time around I'm informed files are imminent from gastroentrology workplace.in July, gastroentrology workplace verify delivering the files.in August, I examined again with hccmis and got exactly the same info that files are imminent from gastroentrologist workplace. Again spoken to gastroentrologist workplace for resending the files plus they verify resending these.in oct, again same justification from hccmis that files lacking from gastroentrologist workplace. This time around I conferenced in gastroentrologist workplace and hccmis even though of telephone the doctoros workplace resend the files and hccmis established that files are received and requested for thirty days for choice. There-after named hccmis numerous occasions in nov and dec plus they continue stating that files are received plus they are expecting choice from their claims office. Then abruptly in January this season, hccmis delivered a notice that statements are refused simply because they have not obtained files from gastroentrologist. Additionally described that no more motion will be studied whilst the contract for state has terminated. General despite recieving files and confirming that files are obtained they refused the state. Hccmis requires large amount of time in between discussions to inform to us that anything is absent after which abruptly created choice that point for distributing files have terminated eventhough they established that files have already been obtained.

Stay away from the corporation. It's fraud.
