Poor service, won't get back to patient query

Dr J Fleming (011) 726 7370, Milpark hospital) has began managing my spouse for epilepsy and recommended a medication named Epinuten. My spouse has already established an incredibly poor situation of Stevens Johnson syndrome, brought on by the medication and we've been calling the doctor via his assistant for him to recommend or recommend an alternate therapy.

My husband and that I have named five times previously since Tuesday, 23 Feb and after greater than a week to be off his anti epileptic medications, neither the doctor or the assistant has delivered our calls.

That Is extremely bad service-delivery, and possibly lifethreatening.
