Not mail my medcation to me

I ask monday 1-3 to see if the two medcation was fill and was being mail to me. I wait to sitting. To determine if I got them within the mail. I didn't have them within the email I contact tosee were they was. They claimed wasn't mail-out. And so I stated why was it-not mail on wednesday or even the thurday email. They might not tell me anewer. I am really upset that they'll not get things right.
