Prescriptions not mailed as promised and no answer given

I ask Monday 1-3 to see if the two medication was fill and was being mail to me. I wait to sitting. To determine if I got them within the mail. I didn't have them within the email I contact to see were they was. They claimed wasn't mail-out. And so I stated why was it-not mail on Wednesday or even the Thursday email. They might not tell me answer. I am really upset that they'll not get things right.
