Dishonest and Ripoffs

I obtained item on July 23rd and that I terminated my purchase Oct 27th via email. The initial mail from their store claims to email my termination demand and so I did, however they charged my card $78.00 anyways. I named to challenge this plus they claim they never received any termination. And so I (fortunately preserved all paperwork) resent that same mail demonstrating that it had been delivered so when. They stated that their email exhibits that they'd contact me inside a morning or two of my mail, and so I examine it and study it and read it however it mentioned nothing beats that. I named them back and also the boss stated that "it claims it about the automated reaction to my mail". How was I to understand they send a computerized reaction. I told the boss that and he or she stated nicely it isn't my issue. Subsequently in 1 e-mail they tell deliver abandoned parts back after which another mail exhibits to maintain the merchandise. They're SHADY along with a SCAM. They screwed me out-of my income.
