Walmart, walmart store 396 auto service not authorized. Lead to car burning on way home

March 4 Jane W took auto "1999 ford Taurus "to walmart (regular oil change) shopped until notified car ready. Jane paid bill $45.84. Jane not usually the one to have this done did not question the amount or things done. Jane drove home under 10 miles, she stopped at mail box on roadway "front of house Got mail from box, looked down at mail, looked up flames came out under hood of car. She had to get out on passenger side due to mail box on drivers side. Workers across street called fire dept. Auto totally burned from front bumper to trunk compartment. Jane had raised the garage door using remote (had she not stopped for mail. We would have lost home also "

I Contacted Walmart who showed great interest until fire report stated, unable due to damage done, to determine cause of fire. I checked the receipt and found walmart had without asking completed FUEL INJECTION MAINT.

After many contacts with Walmart received letter 2/18/09 from claims management dept stating... We are respectfully denying this claim..
