Nurrition Craze Did not honor their Mail-In Rebate for the products I purchased

I started calling the company on Nov. 3regarding the rebate I was promised. My purchase wasJuly 23 and having filled outall the proper Mail-in Rebate forms on August 11th I felt my Nov. 3rd call had given them more than enough time to have sent me my rebate as promised.

From 11/3 to today 1/6 I spoke to several customer service reps. All who were "very helpful" and "so sorry" for my inconviencence. They were all going to see that my problem was resolved. Irene even wentso far as to say the refundwas sent on11/3, she even had a transaction number for me.

These are the reps. And their ID#'s; Samual Lopes#065, Frank #10, Irene #022, Janette #009 (got Janette again, today) and Supervisor, Katie#08.

Katie told me shewas personally taking care of it as a "Priority" and promised me a refund would begiven and I could expect that refund within 7-10 business days. Well that was in early December it is nowearly January.

I realize they are liars and scammers. They are condescendingin the way they speak to the customer and when I ask Janette on this last conversation if she slept well at night knowing she is working for a company that lies, scams and takes billions of dollars from people. Knowing they will never see a dime of the promisedrebate. She promptly said I have to end this call right now, goodbye.

With that I am now going to give all the information I have to the AttorneyGeneral here in St. Louis as well as the Attorney General in Arizona.

This was not a "too good to be true" deal. It was a promotional (scam) deal I felt was honest. The product is well known by many companies and I felt comfortable in doing business with them. I still got burned! I hope others reading this will take the time to really press the issue if they got burned as well.
