I would hold off on the crystalens, I was explained I would be able to see
great after receiving them, however as it turns out I still cannot see
far, cannot see close, and have received laser surgery afterwards to remove cloudy immages, that left me with floaters, now I have to have further surgery because the sack around the lens has a cloudy section. Etc... I dont think there is enough study on this lens. Through all this the doctors says they are placed perfectly and are working fine??? Fine for who I still need glasses and this is what I went to get away from. Needless to say I put out $5,000 not covered by insurance for the inital implants and the additional surgeries I'm out 20% plus not covered, now my problems is if he changes the lens altogether what kind do I get and who is paying for that one? If its anything other than the standard one which is not compatable with my left eye I'mout another $5,000 and I still cant see witout classes??? (Contacts are no longer optional either) Stay with the standard time true lens and wear reading glasses stay away from these type of lenses until they get all of the issues resolved... You only get one set of eyes...
Good luck
