Charge my credit card did not ship products

I emailed and called Boda right after i placed the order asking them not
to ship and to cancel the order. At the time my payment was still
pending they got my email in time to cancel the item because right after
I emailed them they send me a email asking me to give it a try before I
cancel I told them that after fully doing some research on the side
effects of this products that I can not take because I have acid reflux
and the pills have acid in them and they effect your cholesterol which i
have problems with that. My money was pending three days until I send
them this and then they take the money out and I still haven't received
the products so I can return it.

When I saw that it was advertised on CNN and other tv sites I thought
this was the real deal but look closely at what they say CNN Studies
indicate those that took conjugated linoleic it did not say those that
took Boda so Boda switch what Cnn stated and they should be sued for
misleading consumers and Do go by The BBB Logo they have on their web site. Sure enough, Boda Botanicals Inc. Is a BBB accredited business. The BBB gives explanation. Thats all they do is give explanation. Many customers have voiced a host of complaints on. BBB. As “Unsatisfactory” Just because a company is a member of The BBB it does not mean they are a company I am learning that now
