Target over charging

The final twice I had been at Goal I puchases issues for sale. Both occasions I had been billed the standard cost and just captured the final over-charge since I have was observing the register. Is that this their new fraud given that they got captured not providing complete discount cost?

Everybody must view the register and examine their bills to ensure you're obtaining the purchase value. Unsure if I'll store there again!
