Nov 12: Email received from customerservice@damuscle.com letting me know my order was received and that it would ship within 3-5 business days. A shipment confirmation was supposed to come too. I paid for urgent shipping so would expect it even earlier.
Nov 16: I sent an email to customerservice@damuscle.com asking when I could expect my order as I had not seen any shipment confirmation yet. The email bounced back and could not be delivered.
Nov 19: The email below arrived from info@discountanabolics.com

Unfortunately, we did a poor job on shipping your order in a timely fashion. We did not meet your expectations or our own high quality standards. Please accept our sincere apology.
We greatly appreciate your business and we understand that your time is valuable. We owe you an explanation.
In our continuing efforts to expand our product offering and to provide you with the best pricing possible, we have moved our entire inventory from our existing distribution centers into larger facilities. There have been some difficulties that have taken too long to overcome. We have been diligently working around the clock to correct these issues.
As of Nov 16th we are now back to full capacity to ship orders within 24 hours. We have some catching up to do, but your order will be shipped and may already be in transit to you. We are not able to provide tracking information for your current order; however, you should have your order within 2-5 business days.
We are excited to announce that in the coming weeks we will be significantly expanding our product offerings and distribution capabilities while continuing to bring you the outstanding prices you've come to expect.

Dec 1: I replied to the above email asking when to expect shipment as the order still did not arrive. No answer. After that I have sent 3 more emails asking but haven't seen anything back.
