After you complete the purchase online, when you receive your sample, you are notified that you are automatically enrolled for a monthly shipment at $49.99,
automatically billed to your credit card - this was NOT mentioned anywhere in the purchase process. DO NOT get this free sample unless you want an unending committment to this product..

If you do not want this recurring charge, you must return the unused portion of the sample (at your cost).

If you are at all saavy to credit card laws, you can never be held liable for these charges, however it's your obligation to refuse future shipments (or return them (at your cost) and then dispute the charge each and every mnonth with your credit card company. Your credit card company can not stop the automatic charges, but if you refuse the shipment (or return it, and then dispute the charge, the credit card company can do a chargeback once their investigation is complete
