To whom it may concern, I, Oscar M Robleto purchased a bottle of Jack Daniels on December 8 at following storeCVS/Pharmacy21201 E Ocotillo RD. Queen Creek, Arizona 85142. Phone No. 480-987-1615. On December 11 around 1930hrs, I went back to the store with the intention to return the bottle of Jack Daniels with original receipt. Delia (person behind the counter) stated it’s illegal in the state of Arizona to return alcoholic beberages. I politely responded “Oh well, you learn something new everyday. Thank you” I left the store with the bottle to my vehicle. Before leaving the parking lot, I recalled certain household items I needed to purchase. I walked back inside the store with empty hands. Minutes later Delia apprached me asking me what have I done with the bottle, I responded “ I took it back to my vehicle”. Delia said “you need to leave the store right now”, I asked “may I know the reason you’re asking me to leave” delia said “just leave now”. I proceed to leave the store inmediately refraining from asking further questions nor statements. I found this action to be very uncomfortable, embarrasing and unnecessary. On Monday, December 13 around 1030am, I went back to the store to discuss this matter to the store manager Joe. After listening to my statement, Joe responded he will need to review the camera and speak to the employee before taking any action. I left my name and contact phone number with Joe and asked him to get back with me after his investigation. I never heard back from Joe the following day. I took the initiative to call him. He said he reviewed the camera and he was able to see me walking in the store with a bottle, leaving the store with a bottle and coming back into the store with no bottle. Joe stated he didn’t feel his employee actions was unnecessary but he wasn’t there to witness the whole case. I thank Joe for his time and I informed him that I will take this matter to a higher level. Joe responded “I don’t know what they can do for you”I’m a registered nurse in Arizona and my records can be found in the Arizona boad of nursing. I pointing this because I serve the general public as police officers and firefighers. I act as a responsible citizen when I’m out in the community, but I also act corteous and generous when I serve patients and families at the hospital I am currently employed. This reflects service quality for this company as there are many other facilities the community can choose from. This particular CVS store has poor customer service coming from employees as well for management. I’ve been a loyal CVS customer for years eventhough Walgreens it’s located right across the street from this store. Thank you for your valuable time and look forward to hear from you.
