I ordered a $19.95 special. That was months ago. I have tried twice to cancel. I even have this nice email stating your account has been canceled. If you do not wish to keep the product than return it for a refund. Well that is bologna. You can't cancel. If you try they will send it to collections. I cannot understand why a company that has a great product has to resort to billing schemes as such. Not only will I never use their product again, I will inform everyone I know to avoid giving out a credit card number. Don't do it!
