Promise of refund but got none

1put in order 4/12 for $169.98 and received it several days later. There was a 30 day no cost refund, per their ad, if product didn't work. It didn't so I asked for refund, and they said sometimes it takes alittle more time to work and that they would send me a bottle of ear drops at no cost if I would give it more time. Needless to say it didn't work, so I called them again and asked for my money back. They told me it takes two pay cycles to refund money[have seen other complaints with same spiel] Itook them @their word. I made several phone calls, with more promises, and after awhile no calls answered or given # that lead to dead end. I have done some research and found their parent co.[pacific naturals inc.] has moved around and has gotten trademark issued in St. Lucie Florida. I feel this a major scam and needs stopped.
