I came here back in october for a bad tooth ace i had no insurance so i had to pay almost 400 dollars for everything including medication so when i was paying the manager Marriam had told me that when my Medi-cal gets activated i can come back with the card and they will give me the money back for my tooth so i was like ok thats good so i go get my insurance fixed and finally it gets retroed and so i finally get it and when i call them today i tell them ok I'm gonna go pick up the money today and the receptionist tells me oh no its a proceess we have to fill out paper work and then i was like let me talk to the receptionist that i was talking to because she never told me that or marriam because you dont know. So i talk to the receptionist and shes insinuating that she told me and im teling her she didnt she should have told me that because now i owe people money and i told them one thing now its another. And then she tries to say my manager even told you when i was right here then i told her how are you gonna even say that when she you werent right there when we talked she tried to lie to me thinking i wouldnt catch it now i have to wait 4 to 6 weeks because of thier bad communication.
