Outrageous Premium Increases

I have been a customer for ten years. I got sick 6 years ago, and am unable to change insurance companies (pre-existing condition). This year my premiums were raised over 20%. That is an outrageous abuse especially at a time when people are struggling financially.
In addition, I have Medicare, so AMS is just a secondary. Between me and my husband, our premium will go up to over $1600 monthly, with a $5000 deductible. Help!!!
